EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Delivery Problems: If your product has not been delivered on time, please contact our Customer Service Center immediately.
In the Act of Product Delivery: The customer can immediately refuse the product in cases of open or damaged packaging, damaged product, product in disagreement with the order or lack of accessories, reporting what happened to our Call Center.
Repentance of Purchase: The customer has a period of 7 (seven) days from receipt of the product to withdraw from his purchase . In this case, the customer may choose to refund or exchange for another product of a different type, brand or model, receiving or supplementing the price difference, if any. For requests for exchanges by size, product or credits for future purchases, the deadline is 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the product.
Addictions and / or Defects in the product: All our products respect the legal guarantee of 90 (ninety) days for any addictions and / or defects, as long as they are not due to incorrect or inappropriate use or storage. Once the addiction and / or defect is proven, the customer can also choose to cancel the purchase or exchange for another product of the same type or of a different brand or model, receiving or complementing the price difference, if any.
ALL EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO COMPLYING WITH THE EXCHANGE CONDITIONS PROVIDED IN OUR POLICIES, AS WELL AS THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT IN STOCK.
Refunds: The value of the purchased products, when a refund is accepted, will always be refunded according to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
EXCHANGES AND DEVOTIONS POLICY

We offer our customers quality products, seeking partnerships with the best suppliers in the various categories we sell. However, exchanges and returns of products are foreseeable situations, and the exercise of these rights must comply with the provisions of this Exchange and Return Policy (the “Policy”).

General considerations
When exchanging or returning products, the Customer Service Center must be contacted in advance via email contato@cmindov.com .
The communication must comply with the deadlines provided for in this Policy.
Products returned without the above communication, after the specified deadline, or with the absence of items / accessories that accompany it, will be resent without prior consultation.
WE DO NOT EXCHANGE OR RETURN ON PROMOTED PRODUCTS, except in cases of defects, informed within the respective legal deadlines.
Conditions for Exchange or Return
The customer may exchange or return the purchased products, observing the following conditions:
(i) The products must have the manufacturer's labels and seals;
(ii) The products must be in their original packaging, accompanied by a manual and all its accessories;
(iii) The products must not have been washed and / or show signs of use, such as, for example, odors, stains, grooves and sewing adjustments.

All products received will be submitted to an evaluation, with the objective of verifying if the return fulfills the requirements stipulated in this Policy.
As long as the returned product fulfills the requirements stipulated here, the customer will, in the case of returns, be reimbursed for his expenses with the product.
In the case of exchanges, the customer will receive, through the Customer Service Center, all information for the exchange for the new product, and, if the value of the chosen product exceeds the value of the product claiming, the customer must arrange payment of the difference.
If the return or exchange is not in accordance with this Policy, the product will be returned to the customer, accompanied by a copy of the evaluation carried out and, in this case, no refund is due to the customer.
Freight Expenses
Freight expenses for returns and exchanges within the terms stipulated in this Policy will be borne by CMINDOV.
Upon Delivery of the Product
It is important that the customer always check your product upon delivery by the carrier. In any of the cases below, the customer can immediately refuse the product, and should contact the Customer Service Center:
(i) Open or damaged packaging;
(ii) Defective product;
(iii) Product at odds with the order;
(iv) Lack of accessories.
However, if the above steps are not observed and the customer receives the product, the customer must contact the Customer Service Center to obtain information regarding the appropriate procedures to be taken.
